Which was what I got working on today. For the garage that is. Got some roofing material a friend of mine informed me of called Ondura. Got 12 sheets at menards box of nails made for the roofing sheets, and got to work. First I had to rake off and broom off all the old and I mean OLD shingles that were fully removed from the shingle they were originally on. So I get half of one side of the garage taken care of and this stuff is really nice to work with.
I also got a firepit done a few days back and had a test fire last night in it. It works also! Things just keep on getting better at "this old house" Tomorrow I will finish up the one side of the roof and then I might go and get some DIY gutters and downspouts and put that up.
So remember..if the women don't find you handsome...they should atleast find you handy. -Red Green
